🧠 What Are AI Modes?

Substy gives you full control over how the AI participates in conversations.
You can decide whether the AI should handle every chat, share the work with your team, or stay completely off.

There are three modes available inside your settings:

🤖 1. Full AI Mode

The AI manages all conversations automatically.

  • Handles every message 24/7, replies, PPVs, and follow-ups.

  • Uses your scripts and pricing rules to negotiate with fans.

  • Perfect for agencies that want hands-free automation and consistent sales.

🧩 2. Hybrid Mode

The AI and your human chatters work together.

  • The AI talks to new fans or low-spenders first.

  • Once a fan shows high engagement or spending, the conversation is handed to your human chatter.

  • Keeps a personal touch and allows your team to deliver a GFE (Girlfriend Experience) for top fans.

Hybrid Mode Options

  • When using Hybrid Mode, you can define when the AI transfers the chat to a human chatter using two parameters:

Description

Spending Threshold

Define the minimum total fan spending before the AI transfers the conversation to a human chatter. For example, if set to $50, the AI will chat until the fan spends that amount.

Sub Duration

Define how long a fan must be subscribed before being transferred to a human chatter. For example, you can set it to 7 days, so new subscribers are managed by the AI first.

💡 Best for: agencies that want automation for new fans and manual GFE management for loyal or spenders fans.

🙅‍♂️ 3. Disable AI

The AI is turned off.

  • All chats are handled manually by your team.

  • Useful for training new chatters, testing scripts, or when you want full human control.

💡 Best for: agencies that prefer to chat manually or are still setting up scripts.

⚙️ How to Change the Mode

  1. Go to your settings:
    👉 Open Substy Settings →

  2. Under AI Core Settings, choose your desired mode.

  3. Click Save — your selection is applied instantly across all connected creators.
