Turn off AI Chatter for one fan when you want new replies in that conversation to remain manual.
The fan-level AI control is available when AI Chatter is enabled for the selected creator. Changing it requires Edit fans access.
Open the fan's conversation.
On desktop, use the AI status switch in the conversation header.
On mobile, open More and choose Disable AI.
AI Chatter cannot send new automated replies to that fan while the control is off.
You can continue replying manually when you have Send messages access.
The existing conversation and visible fan details remain available.
Use the same fan-level control to re-enable AI Chatter for that fan.
Check that AI Chatter is enabled for the selected creator. If the control is visible but the change fails, ask an owner or admin to review your Edit fans access.
