Understanding the Statistics Dashboard
Learn what each metric on the Employee Statistics dashboard means and how to use them to improve your agency's performance.

π Global Statistics Panel
The left sidebar shows your agency's overall numbers:
Metric | What It Means |
Total Revenue | Combined earnings from all PPVs, tips, and paid content across your agency |
Total Messages | Total number of messages sent by AI and employees combined |
Avg Unlock Rate | The percentage of PPVs sent that fans actually unlock and pay for |
Total Commission | Your agency's commission earnings from all revenue |
These numbers give you a quick health check of your agency's performance.
π¨ Messages Sent
This card shows the total volume of messages sent during your selected time period.
AI β Messages sent by your AI chatters (shown in purple)
Employee β Messages sent by human team members (shown in blue)
π‘ Why it matters: High message volume typically correlates with more engagement and revenue opportunities. Compare AI vs Employee to understand your automation ratio.π΅ Average Price (AOV)
Shows the mean price of PPVs sent across all conversations.
AI β Average PPV price from AI conversations
Employee β Average PPV price from human chatters
π‘ Why it matters: A higher average price means better negotiation and pricing strategy. If AI prices are lower than employees, consider adjusting your AI negotiation settings.π€ PPV Sent
The total number of pay-per-view messages sent.

Employee β PPVs sent by human team members

A visual timeline showing revenue generated over your selected date range.
Purple line/area β AI earnings
Blue line/area β Employee earnings
Hover over any point to see exact figures for that date
Using the Chart
Compare employees β Use the dropdown to compare specific team members
Spot trends β Look for patterns (weekends, promotions, etc.)
Identify dips β Investigate sudden drops in performance

Ranks all your employees and AI by performance metrics:
Column | Description |
Rank | Position based on selected sort metric |
Name | Employee or AI persona name |
Unlock Rate | Percentage of sent PPVs that were unlocked |
Average | Mean PPV price for this employee |
Net Earnings | Total revenue after fees (click header to sort) |
Messages | Total messages sent |
Leaderboard Tips
Click column headers to sort by different metrics
Use the search bar to find specific employees
The crown icon indicates the top performer
AI employees are marked with an "AI" badge
π― Golden Ratio Insight
This unique metric measures your content-to-conversation balance.
What the Numbers Mean
Ratio value (e.g., 0.017) β The ratio of PPV sent to conversation volume
Low/Medium/High β Your performance level indicator
The Scale
Range | Status | Meaning |
0.00 - 0.02 | π Low | You're not proposing enough content |
0.02 - 0.07 | π‘ Medium | Good balance, room for improvement |
0.07+ | π’ High | Excellent monetization |
What "Low" Means
If you see "You are not proposing enough content", it means:
Your conversations aren't leading to enough PPV offers
There's untapped revenue potential
Consider sending more value-added PPVs to engaged fans

By Employee Type
Use the tabs at the top of the sidebar:
All β Show everyone
Admin β Only admins
Member β Only members
Chatter - Team member with only chat permissions.
AI β Only AI chatters
By Creator
Click "Select creators" to filter stats for specific creators in your agency.
By Employee
Click "Select employees" to focus on individual team members.
By Date Range
Click the date range picker (e.g., "08 Nov 2025 β 08 Dec 2025") to analyze different time periods.
Net vs Gross
Toggle between Net and Gross earnings using the switch in the top right.

Check daily: Monitor the Earnings Performance chart to catch issues early
Compare periods: Use date ranges to compare week-over-week or month-over-month
Focus on Unlock Rate: This is often more important than raw message volume
Watch the Golden Ratio: A consistently low ratio means you're leaving money on the table
