Customizing AI Behavior

Adjust how Substy’s AI interacts, flirts, and negotiates with fans.

🧠 Overview

Substy lets you customize the AI's personality and behavior to match your agency's strategy and each creator's style.

These settings determine how the AI talks, how fast it sends content, and how emotionally it negotiates during PPV sales.

⚙️ Behavior Settings

AI General Mode

Choose how much of a relationship the AI builds with fans.

Mode

Description

Aggressive

The AI speaks little and quickly sexualizes the conversation. It's focused on driving PPV sales fast.

Normal

The AI chats casually for a bit. If the fan starts to sexualize the chat — or after a few messages — the AI follows the tone naturally.

Slow

The AI spends more time talking before getting sexual. It waits for the fan to initiate the tone shift. Ideal for agencies aiming for a softer, more emotional build-up.

💡 Tip: Use Aggressive for fans who expect fast action, and Slow for a more emotional or GFE (Girlfriend Experience) approach.

Content Delivery Mode

Control how quickly the AI sends PPV content during sexualized conversations.

Mode

Description

Fast

The AI sends scripts and PPVs more quickly — great for maximizing short, high-turnover chats.

Slow

The AI sends content gradually, maintaining longer engagement and a more realistic rhythm.

⚙️ Best practice: Choose Fast for creators focused on volume and Slow for creators with higher-value, longer chats.

Negotiation Style

Define how the AI emotionally approaches negotiations when selling media.

Style

Description

Sentimental

The AI acts a bit spoiled or emotional, making the fan feel slightly guilty for not buying — it plays with emotions.

Gentle

The AI focuses on turning the fan on with media previews and descriptions — creating excitement to encourage a purchase.

Hybrid

A mix of both: the AI starts with Sentimental for the first offer, then switches to Gentle for follow-ups to close the sale.

💬 Tip: Use Sentimental or Hybrid for longer-term fan relationships, and Gentle for short, high-conversion interactions.

💬 Communication Style

Configure how the AI communicates with emojis and how it presents itself to fans.

Setting

Description

Standard Emojis

Allow standard emojis in messages. Toggle this on to let the AI use common emojis in conversations.

Special Emojis

Allow special emojis for intimate messages. These are used during more personal or suggestive conversations.

Not Real Model

When enabled, messages are sent explicitly as AI-generated replies, not as a real model. If a fan asks whether the creator is real, the AI will disclose that the creator is not a real person but an AI creator.

⚠️ Important: The "Not Real Model" setting is useful for transparency and compliance. When turned on, the AI will inform fans that the creator is an AI creator rather than a real person when directly asked.

🔧 Where to Customize

  1. Go to Creator Settings → Behavior Settings.

  2. Adjust the AI General Mode, Content Delivery Mode, and Negotiation Style.

  3. Configure Communication Style options including emoji preferences and the Not Real Model toggle.

  4. Click Save — your changes apply instantly to the AI for that creator.
