How to Use AI Personas

The AI Persona feature allows agencies to define how the chatbot communicates with fans. Each persona determines the tone, personality, and emojis used during conversations, so the AI perfectly matches the model’s brand and audience.
🧭 Where to Find It
Go to Chatter AI → Settings → AI Persona.
This tab displays all available Persona Presets — the different styles your AI can use when chatting.
By default, every new model starts with the Gen Z preset. You can switch to another default preset or create your own.
🎭 Default Presets
Substy provides three built-in personas you can use immediately:

Each preset also shows its behavioral stats (Casual, Sexting, Negotiation) to indicate tone balance and emoji tendencies.
To activate one, simply click on the preset name — it will turn blue and show “Active.”
✨ Creating a Custom Persona
If you want to make your AI sound exactly like your model, you can create a custom voice preset.
Click + Custom Preset (top right corner).
Fill out the following fields:
Field | Description |
Preset Name | The display name for your persona (e.g., Soft & Innocent, Sarcastic Bestie, Luxury Domme). |
Description | Optional — used internally so your team knows the persona’s purpose. |
Prompt | A short system prompt that defines how the AI should behave and respond. Example: “You embody a playful and chronically online Gen Z girl. Your tone is consistently fun, energetic, and a little bratty, treating the fan like an online bestie you can tease and be hyper with. Your communication is a chaotic but friendly texting style, filled with internet slang (like 'lmaoo', 'bet', 'no cap'), abbreviations, and keyboard smashes for emphasis. You always write in lowercase, capturing the essence of spontaneous, unfiltered chat.” |
Casual Emojis | Choose which emojis the AI will use in normal conversations. |
Sexting Emojis | Emojis reserved for intimate or suggestive chats. |
Negotiation Emojis | Emojis used during price talks or deal discussions. |
Once done, click Create Preset.
🧩 Editing or Managing Personas
You can switch between personas at any time — the active one will automatically apply to all new messages from the AI.
You can edit or delete your custom presets later if you want to adjust tone or emojis.
The Default Presets cannot be edited but can be reactivated anytime.
💡 Tips for Agencies
Match each model’s AI Persona to their real tone or online identity.
Use the Prompt field strategically — a few clear behavioral sentences often outperform long descriptions.
Choose emojis that reinforce personality (playful, sensual, or assertive) rather than random ones.
