Filtering and Customizing Your Dashboard View

π― Why Use Filters?
Filters help you:
Focus on individual creator performance
Analyze specific employees or AI personas
Compare different time periods
Generate targeted reports
π Available Filters
The dashboard offers four main filter controls in the top navigation:
Filter | Purpose |
Select creators | Filter by specific creators in your agency |
Select employees | Focus on individual team members or AI |
Date range | Analyze any time period |
Net/Gross toggle | Switch between net and gross earnings |
π€ Filtering by Creator
If your agency manages multiple creators, you can view stats for each one individually.
How to Filter
Click "Select creators" in the top bar
Choose one or more creators from the dropdown
Dashboard updates to show only their data
Selected creators appear as tags (e.g., "Stephie β")
Clearing Creator Filters
Click the β next to a creator tag to remove them
Or click "Select creators" and deselect all
What Changes
When you filter by creator:
Global Statistics show only that creator's numbers
Employee list shows who worked on that creator
Charts display creator-specific performance
Revenue History filters to that creator's transactions

Focus on specific team members or AI personas.
How to Filter
Click "Select employees" in the top bar
Choose one or more employees from the dropdown
Dashboard updates to show only their performance
Selected employees appear as tags (e.g., "AI - Stephie β")
Filtering by Role
Use the sidebar tabs for quick role filtering:
Tab | Shows |
All | Everyone (admins, members, AI) |
Admin | Only admin accounts |
Member | Only member accounts |
Chatter | Only chatter |
AI | Only AI chatters |
Combining Filters
You can combine creator and employee filters:
Select a creator AND an employee
See how that specific employee performed for that creator
π Filtering by Date Range
Analyze performance over any time period.
How to Set Date Range
Click the date range button (e.g., "08 Nov 2025 β 08 Dec 2025")
Select your start and end dates
Dashboard updates with data from that period
Common Date Ranges
Period | Use Case |
Last 7 days | Weekly performance check |
Last 30 days | Monthly reporting |
Custom range | Specific campaigns or events |
Quarter | Quarterly business reviews |

π΅ Net vs Gross Toggle
Switch between viewing net earnings (after fees) or gross earnings (before fees).
How to Toggle
Click "Net" in the top right corner to switch between:
Net β Earnings after platform fees
Gross β Total earnings before fees

π Searching Employees
Use the search bar to quickly find team members:
Click the "Search employees..." field in the sidebar
Type a name or partial match
Results filter in real-time
π Combining Multiple Filters
For detailed analysis, combine filters:
Example 1: Single Creator, Last Week
Select creator: "Stephie"
Date range: Last 7 days
View: All employees
Result: See all activity for Stephie in the past week.
Example 2: AI Performance Comparison
Select employees: "AI - Luisa", "AI - Stephie"
Date range: Last 30 days
View: Net earnings
Result: Compare two AI personas over the past month.
Example 3: Human Team Only
Click "Member" tab in sidebar
Date range: Current month
View: Net earnings
Result: See only human employee performance this month.
π Resetting Filters
To clear all filters and return to the default view:
Remove all creator tags (click β)
Remove all employee tags (click β)
Click "All" tab in the sidebar
Reset date range to desired default

Compare periods: Use date ranges to compare week-over-week
Isolate variables: Filter to one creator when analyzing employee performance
Check AI separately: Use the AI tab to see automation performance alone
Export filtered data: Filtered views can be used for targeted reports
β οΈ Filter Behavior Notes
Filters persist until you clear them
Some metrics may show zero if no data exists for the filter
Combining too many filters may result in empty views
Always check which filters are active if data looks unexpected
