🎯 Why Use Filters?

Filters help you:

  • Focus on individual creator performance

  • Analyze specific employees or AI personas

  • Compare different time periods

  • Generate targeted reports

The dashboard offers four main filter controls in the top navigation:

If your agency manages multiple creators, you can view stats for each one individually.

How to Filter

  1. Click "Select creators" in the top bar

  2. Choose one or more creators from the dropdown

  3. Dashboard updates to show only their data

  4. Selected creators appear as tags (e.g., "Stephie βœ•")

Clearing Creator Filters

  • Click the βœ• next to a creator tag to remove them

  • Or click "Select creators" and deselect all

What Changes

When you filter by creator:

  • Global Statistics show only that creator's numbers

  • Employee list shows who worked on that creator

  • Charts display creator-specific performance

  • Revenue History filters to that creator's transactions

  2. Select your start and end dates

  3. Dashboard updates with data from that period

  • Select creator: "Stephie"

  • Date range: Last 7 days

  • View: All employees

Result: See all activity for Stephie in the past week.

  • Select employees: "AI - Luisa", "AI - Stephie"

  • Date range: Last 30 days

  • View: Net earnings

Result: Compare two AI personas over the past month.

Example 3: Human Team Only

  • Click "Member" tab in sidebar

  • Date range: Current month

  • View: Net earnings

Result: See only human employee performance this month.

To clear all filters and return to the default view:

  1. Remove all creator tags (click βœ•)

  2. Remove all employee tags (click βœ•)

  3. Click "All" tab in the sidebar

  4. Reset date range to desired default

⚠️ Filter Behavior Notes

  • Filters persist until you clear them

  • Some metrics may show zero if no data exists for the filter

  • Combining too many filters may result in empty views

  • Always check which filters are active if data looks unexpected
