📘 What You’ll Find in the Fan Profile Panel

When you select a fan in the Messages tab, you’ll see their profile panel appear on the right side of the screen.
This panel centralizes everything you need to know about that fan:

🕒 Fan Information

  • Timezone & Location → helps plan message timing.

  • Your Timezone vs Fan’s Timezone → shows message time alignment.

💰 Financial Insights

  • Total Spent & Tips → track engagement and conversion potential.

  • Subscription Status → shows if the fan is subscribed, for how long, and renewal trends.

💬 Personal Insights

  • Nickname, Age, Origins, Hobbies, Likes, Dislikes, Dreams → these help the AI and human chatters personalize conversations.

  • This data updates automatically as the AI collects more fan context.

🧾 Adding & Editing Fan Notes

The Fan Notes section lets you and your team add manual context about each fan — great for agencies working collaboratively.

Use notes to log:

  • Buying preferences (e.g., “Buys every PPV under $20”).

  • Personality details (e.g., “Loves voice messages”).

  • Relationship tone (“Thinks he’s her boyfriend — use soft talk”).

To add or edit a note:

  1. Select a fan.

  2. Go to the notes section in the right panel.

  3. Click to edit any information or notes.

  4. Notes save automatically and are visible to your team.

💡 Tip: Combine manual notes with AI-generated data to keep profiles accurate and personalized.

📌 Pinning Conversations

You can pin important fans so their conversations stay at the top of your inbox.

Use this to prioritize:

  • High spenders.

  • Fans in negotiation.

  • Active subscribers requiring attention.

To pin or unpin a fan:

  • Click the pin icon next to their name in the inbox.

🤖 AI + Human Collaboration

When your AI chatter interacts with fans, it can also enrich their profiles automatically.
This means the more the AI chats, the better the data becomes for your team.

🚀 Why It Matters

The Fan Panel centralizes intelligence for each user — letting your team quickly understand:

  • Who they are talking to.

  • How valuable that fan is.

  • What tone and strategy to use next.

By combining AI-driven insights with manual notes, you’ll deliver consistent, contextual communication across your entire agency.
