Learn how to use Substy’s analytics to understand your script performance, identify drop-offs, and increase conversions.

🧭 Where to Find Script Analytics
To access the analytics for any script:
Go to your scripts
Select a script you want to analyze.
Click the Analytics tab at the top right of the page.
You’ll see an overview of your Message Templates (PPVs) and detailed Funnel Statistics for that script.

📈 Global Funnel Statistics
At the top of the Analytics view, you’ll see key global metrics:
Metric | Description |
Total Sent | The total number of messages (PPVs) delivered by the AI for this script. |
Total Paid | The total number of successful conversions (fans who bought a PPV). |
Conversion Rate (paid templates) | The percentage of paid messages out of all ppv messages sent. This shows your script’s overall selling efficiency. |
Total Revenue | The total income generated from all PPVs in this script. |
Avg. Revenue per Paid | The average earnings for each successful purchase. |
Total Drop-off | The number of fans who stopped interacting during the script sequence. |
💡 Tip: A high conversion rate and low drop-off usually mean your PPV are well strcutured and opptmized.📊 Funnel View (Step-by-Step Performance)
Below the global stats, you’ll find the Funnel Graph, which visualizes how each PPV in your script performs.
Each bar represents one step (PPV) in the sequence, from the first ppv to your most expensive ppv.
Here’s what each section means:
Label | Description |
Sent | Number of fans who received this PPV. |
Paid | Number of fans who unlocked it (successful purchase). |
Conversion Rate | % of fans who bought that PPV. |
$ Revenue | Total income generated by that specific PPV. |
Dropped Off | Fans who didn’t continue to the next step. |
From Previous | Percentage of fans lost compared to the previous PPV. |

💡 How to Use Analytics to Improve Your Scripts
Identify Drop-Off Points
→ Check where most fans stop buying. If many leave after PPV 2, try adjusting pricing or rewriting that message to create more anticipation and aslo try adding post media messages.Test Different First Paid Offers
→ If your first paid PPV converts poorly, lower the price or improve the text to make it feel irresistible after the free teaser, or add more value.Experiment With Post-Media Messages
→ Add emotional or teasing follow-ups to stimulate fan.Analyze High-Performing PPVs
→ Look at which PPVs have the best conversion and replicate their tone, structure, or price range in other scripts.
