Golden Ratio helps you compare PPV messages sent with total messages sent for the selected statistics scope. Use it as a directional signal, not as a complete performance diagnosis.
Open Employee Statistics to see the Golden Ratio Insight when the page is available to your account.
Use the dots below the Employee Statistics radial widget to switch views until Golden Ratio Insight is shown.
You may also see Golden Ratio as a metric in Creator Statistics.
Low means the value is below 2%. The visible guidance is to add more value-added PPVs to hot conversations.
Healthy means the value is from 2% through 7%. The visible guidance is to keep monitoring response rates and churn.
High means the value is above 7%. The visible guidance is to focus more on conversation before selling.
The Insight starts in Ratio view. Use the Ratio / % switch when you want to read the same signal as a percentage.
Golden Ratio follows the statistics scope you selected. Changing the date range, creator filter, employee filter, or opening one employee's view can change the value.
In the combined Employee Statistics view, the Insight can show AI and Employee values. In a single-employee view, it shows one Ratio value.
Do not judge performance from Golden Ratio alone. Review it together with unlock rate, earnings, PPV activity, creator context, date range, and whether you are looking at AI or employee activity.
