Understand Creator Statistics

Open CRM > Creator Statistics. This dashboard summarizes creator-account performance. Employee Statistics instead compares performance attributed to people and AI.

Check access and creator scope

• Creator Statistics is available from the Free plan.

• You need View creator performance access. Members with limited creator access see only permitted creators.

• View all permitted creators together or select one creator.

Filter the dashboard

• Choose Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom range.

• Switch between Net and Gross.

• Use Daily, Weekly, or Monthly grouping when the selected range supports it.

Read the metric cards

• Total Earnings

• Revenue by AI

• Total New Fans

• Total PPV Sent

• Unlock Rate

• Total Messages Sent

• Average PPV Paid

• Revenue by Others

• Total PPV Paid

• LTV

• Golden Ratio

Review the dashboard sections

• Earnings and fan charts

• Revenue breakdown

• Creator comparison table

• Tracking Links, only when usable tracking data is available

If data does not load

• If the main statistics request fails, choose Retry.

• An empty creator table shows No creator data available.
