When a creator account needs to be reconnected, use the warning shown for that creator or open Creators > Management. You need access to Creator Management to complete this workflow.
Select the affected creator.
In the amber We lost connection with your creator account banner, select Click here to reconnect.
Follow the connection or verification prompts shown for that account.
Confirm that the warning clears after the connection succeeds.
Open Creators > Management.
Find the creator marked as Pending or requiring attention.
Select Reconnect. If Verify 2FA appears instead, use that verification action.
Follow the prompts shown, then confirm that the Pending or attention state clears.
If Reconnect is missing, check that your role has access to Creator Management or ask an owner or administrator for help.
If a verification action appears, complete the exact prompts shown for the creator account. Do not disable account security to reconnect.
If the warning or Pending state remains after you complete the prompts, note the message shown and contact Substy support.
