Use Copy Debug Info when you need to give Substy support context about an AI issue in a specific conversation. The copied block contains sensitive diagnostic references, so share it only in a private support conversation.
Open Messages and select the conversation where the AI issue occurred.
Open the fan details panel and scroll to the bottom of the fan tab.
Choose Copy Debug Info. The control changes to Copied when the block is on your clipboard.
Paste the copied block only into a private conversation with Substy support. Do not post it publicly or share it with unrelated third parties.
Add what happened, what you expected, the approximate time and timezone, and the relevant AI message or action.
Before attaching a screenshot, remove or hide fan messages, explicit media, balances, payment data, and other private workspace information.
Never add sign-in secrets, verification details, payment-card information, or unrelated private content to the support conversation.
Contact Substy support and state which conversation and approximate time are affected. You can still report the issue without the copied details.
