Billing is a top-level item in the Substy sidebar. Its four sections are Overview, Subscriptions, History, and Information.
You need View billing access for Overview, Subscriptions, and History. Information appears only with Manage billing access.
Use Overview to see Wallet, Available Balance, Next Billing, Usage, and Recent transactions. Depending on your access, you may also see Add Credits, Manage Subscriptions, and Notifications.
Use Subscriptions to review each creator's current plan and status. Applicable rows may offer Add Subscription, Change Plan, Cancel, retry, or Reactivate. Plan-changing actions require Manage subscriptions access for that creator.
Use History to search transactions and filter by date, status, type, or creator. CSV export appears only with Export billing CSV access.
With Manage billing access, use Information to add or edit personal details, optional company and VAT details, and the address used for billing.
Ask an owner or role manager to grant the View billing access you need.
