Banned Keywords lets you review system terms and manage custom terms that Substy checks in AI-generated messages, script templates, and the manual chat composer.
Banned Keywords is available on the Free plan for OnlyFans and Fanvue, and unavailable for MYM.
View access lets you inspect the page. Management access is required to add, import, activate, deactivate, or remove custom terms.
The page requires a selected creator, but the custom banned-keyword list is shared across the agency.
Open CRM → Banned Keywords and select a creator.
Use All, Custom, or System to filter the table.
System keywords appear locked and active. They cannot be changed or removed.
Choose Add Keyword.
Enter one or more custom terms.
Review the valid, invalid, and duplicate counts, then add the valid terms.
In the Custom or All view, use the available controls to activate, deactivate, or remove a custom term. View-only users can see status without these edit controls.
Choose Import and select a .txt or .csv file no larger than 5MB.
For TXT, put one term on each line or separate terms with commas. For CSV, put one term per row in the first column.
Review the import result. Valid imported terms are active by default. Empty, duplicate, and invalid values are not added.
Add or import controls are missing: ask a workspace owner to review your management access.
An import does not add the expected terms: check the file type, 5MB limit, first-column CSV format, and duplicate or invalid counts.
