Use AI Persona to choose the communication style you want for the selected creator. Users with view access can review available presets, while editing access is required to choose a preset or manage Custom presets.
Select the creator you want to configure, then open AI Chatter > AI Persona.
Browse the Default and Custom sections. Use the search and sort controls when you need to narrow the list.
Choose the preset card you want to apply. The active selection indicator appears on the selected card.
Choose New Preset.
Enter a Name and Prompt. Description is optional. Keep the Prompt concise and describe the creator's desired tone and communication style.
Optionally configure Emoji Sets for Casual, Sexting, and Negotiation contexts.
Choose Create Preset to save it.
Find the preset under Custom, then use its edit or delete control. Default presets can be selected but are not edited. Review conversations after a change and adjust the Custom preset when needed.
If you can review presets but cannot select one or manage Custom presets, your access may be view-only. Editing access is required for those actions.
