Create your first script template

Select the creator you want to work on, then open CRM → Scripts. Creating or changing scripts requires script-management access.

Create the script

1. Select the creator you want to work on.

2. Open CRM → Scripts.

3. Choose Start from Scratch.

4. Enter a Script name and, if useful, a description.

5. Choose Create Script.

You can also use a template or import an existing script instead of starting from scratch.

Add the first template

Open the new script and start a template. The template editor is where you set the message, media, and pricing.

1. Enter a Template Name.

2. Choose Add Media.

3. Choose how the message is written.

4. Open Pricing and choose Fixed or Smart.

5. Choose Create Template.

If the creation options are missing

Ask an owner or admin to review your script-management access for the selected creator.
