If you log out of all sessions on OnlyFans (for example, to clear old login sessions from other software or for security reasons), Substy will lose the connection to that creator account. The good news is that no data is lost — all AI history, training, CRM data, fan notes, scripts, automations, and conversations remain exactly as they were.
When you click "Log out of all sessions" on OnlyFans:
Substy loses the connection to the creator account immediately.
AI chatting stops for that creator until the connection is restored.
No data is deleted — everything in Substy is preserved.
A yellow banner appears in Substy indicating that the connection to the creator account has been lost.
Go to the Creator section in your Substy dashboard.
You will see a Reconnect button on the disconnected creator.
Click Reconnect and enter the model's OnlyFans login credentials and 2FA code.
Once authenticated, the connection is restored and everything continues normally.
Everything stays the same after reconnection:
AI conversation history and training data
Fan notes, CRM data, and fan lists
Scripts and PPV configurations
Automations and automation history
Employee statistics and shift history
Scheduled messages and queue items
Media vault and context labels
Reconnect promptly — while the creator is disconnected, no AI messages are sent and no fan messages are processed.
Have the 2FA device ready — you will need the model's two-factor authentication code during reconnection.
No need to reconfigure anything — all settings, scripts, and automations pick up right where they left off.
