Introduction to the Schedule page and how to navigate it.

The Schedule page allows you to manage employee shifts and AI-powered chatting schedules for your creators. This is where you control who works on which creator account and when.


Accessing the Schedule Page

Navigate to Team Management β†’ Schedule from the sidebar, or go directly to:

https://app.substy.ai/team-management/schedule


Understanding the Schedule View

The Schedule page displays a weekly calendar view showing all your creators and their assigned shifts. Each row represents a creator, and each column represents a day of the week.

Key Elements

  • Weekly Navigation: Use the arrow buttons to move between weeks. Click "Back to today" to return to the current week.

  • Today Indicator: The current day is highlighted with a blue "Today" badge.

  • Time Slots: Each cell shows the available time range (e.g., 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM) and whether a shift is assigned or "Empty".

  • Add Button (+): Click the + button on any cell to create a new shift for that day.


Filtering the Schedule

Use the filter dropdowns at the top of the page to narrow down the view:

  • Creator: Filter by specific creator accounts

  • Employee: Filter by specific employees

  • Role: Filter by employee roles (e.g., All, Employee, Admin)


Schedule Tabs

The Schedule page has two main tabs:

  1. Shift Schedule: View and manage upcoming shifts in the weekly calendar view.

  2. Shift History: View historical shift data and employee performance statistics.
