Which payment method are supported?

We currently support the following payment methods for topping up your Substy balance:

• Crypto — available by default.

• Bank transfers — accepted for amounts above $100.

  To use a bank transfer, please contact our team directly in the in-app Support chat.

• Credit Card payments — available by topping up through the crypto gateway with a minimum amount of $30.
