Credits on your Substy account are not treated as cash balances and cannot be transferred, refunded, or withdrawn to any external wallet or payment method.

Substy credits are platform credits, not stored funds.
They are designed to be used exclusively within the platform for actions such as:

• Activating AI add-ons or subscriptions,

• Covering automation usage,

• Paying for internal platform features or services.

Because these credits are immediately allocated to Substy’s operational systems once added, they cannot be converted back into withdrawable funds.
