Learn how to activate the AI in Substy so it automatically handles conversations, sends PPVs

Now that you’ve added your first creator and created at least one script with a PPV, it’s time to activate the AI!

This will let Substy automatically manage conversations, send PPVs, and boost your revenue in full automation. 🚀

⚙️ Step 1 — Go to Your Settings

Head to your general settings here:
👉 Open Substy Settings →

🧠 Step 2 — Enable Full AI Mode

In the AI Core Settings section, you’ll see three options:

  • Disable AI: Only human chatters handle conversations.

  • Hybrid Mode: The AI chats with new fans, then transfers big spenders to human chatters.

  • Full AI Mode: 100% automated chatting — the AI manages all conversations to maximize engagement and sales.

✅ Select “Full AI Mode.”
Once active, you’ll see the green “Active” indicator. The AI is now running on all your conversations.

💬 Step 3 — Verify Everything’s Working

  1. Make sure you have at least one creator connected.

  2. Confirm that at least one script includes a PPV template.

  3. Open your messages — you’ll start seeing real interactions as the AI begins chatting.
