How to Withdraw Creator Earnings (Single & Bulk)

Substy makes it simple to manage and distribute earnings across all your creators — whether you’re processing a single payment or paying out the entire roster in one go.
The Withdraw system is designed for speed, accuracy, and transparent record-keeping, ensuring that every payout is logged and traceable.

🧭 Accessing the Payouts Page

  1. From the sidebar, open Creator Management → Payout.

  2. You’ll land on the Payouts tab, which lists all your creators along with:

    • Last Withdrawal date

    • Pending amount

    • Current balance available

    • Withdraw action button

💡 Tip: Use the search bar or filters at the top (Status, Platform) to quickly find the creators you want to pay.

👤 Withdrawing for a Single Creator

When you want to process an individual payout:

  1. Locate the creator in the list.

  2. Click Withdraw this creator in the “Actions” column.

  3. Substy will ask you the amount and process a payout directly.

  4. You’ll see the transaction reflected in the History and Statements tabs.

✅ The “Pending” column updates in real time to reflect funds that are processing or cleared.

👥 Bulk Withdrawals (Withdraw All)

For agencies managing multiple creators, the Withdraw All button streamlines payments across the entire portfolio:

  1. Review your Global Summary (right panel):

    • Current Balance → Total amount available to withdraw.

    • Pending Balance → Total earnings still processing.

  2. Click Withdraw All to initiate a mass payout it will withdraw all current balance.

📄 After the Withdrawal

Once withdrawals are completed:

  • The Statements tab will show each payout with:

    • Amount, Fee, Net, and VAT breakdowns.

    • Status of the transaction (Processing → Complete).

  • The History tab provides a summary of all past payouts, including invoice IDs for accounting verification.
