Queue Management system lets you schedule posts, mass messages, and streams directly inside a clean, visual calendar.
Unlike other CRMs that run through the OnlyFans browser, our system is built from the ground up for speed, clarity, and optimized daily use.

🎯 What Queue Management Does

The Queue Management tool is your content planner — it centralizes all scheduled posts, messages, and streams for each creator, giving your team a full overview of what’s coming next.
Everything updates in real time, ensuring that your agency stays coordinated and no content is forgotten.

You can switch between two main views:

  • Calendar View → for a visual monthly or weekly layout

  • List View → for a detailed chronological overview

🧭 Navigating the Interface

  • Access Queue from the sidebar under “Automation”.

  • The main panel displays a calendar (month view by default).

  • The right-side panel shows details for the selected day — including scheduled posts, messages, or streams.

  • At the top, toggle between Post, Message, and Stream to filter by type.

💡 Use this panel to quickly verify what’s scheduled each day without switching screens.

➕ Creating Scheduled Content

  1. Click on any day in the calendar.

  2. Choose + Add Content or the “+” icon.

  3. Select what you want to schedule:

    • 🖼 New Post → Schedule creator content (photo/video).

    • 💬 Mass Message → Plan bulk messages for subscribers.

    • 📺 New Stream → Schedule upcoming live streams.

  4. Enter your content details, captions, media, or pricing (for messages).

  5. Confirm — the event will appear on the calendar immediately.

🕒 Viewing and Managing Events

Each scheduled event is color-coded and visible directly on the date cell.

  • Click any event to view its content preview and scheduled time.

  • You can edit, reschedule, or delete events from the sidebar in one click.

  • The right-side timeline updates automatically when you make changes.

Switch between:

  • Calendar view → best for planning ahead.

  • List view → best for managing multiple creators or campaigns at once.
