When reporting an AI-related issue to support, you must always include the debug info for the affected conversation. This allows our team to quickly trace the exact AI session and diagnose the problem.
The Copy Debug Info button is located in the Fan Notes panel on the right side of the Messages page.
1. Go to Messages and open the conversation with the fan experiencing the issue.
2. On the right-hand side, you'll see the Fan Information panel (the fan's profile, stats, and notes).
3. Scroll down to the very bottom of the fan info panel.
4. Click the Copy Debug Info button — it has a small copy icon next to it.
5. The button will briefly turn green and show "Copied" to confirm the info was saved to your clipboard.
The debug info includes:
AI Path — The unique trace path used to look up the AI conversation logs.
Creator ID — The internal ID of the creator account.
Platform ID — The creator's platform-specific user ID.
Fan ID — The internal ID of the fan.
1. Copy the debug info using the steps above.
2. Paste it directly into your support message or ticket.
3. Describe what went wrong (e.g., "The AI sent an off-topic message", "The AI stopped responding", "The AI ignored the script").
Without the debug info, our team has to manually search through thousands of AI sessions to find the right one. Providing it upfront means we can resolve your issue much faster. Always include debug info when reporting any AI-related issue.
