Substy's notification system keeps your entire team informed about fan activity, AI events, and billing alerts in real time. Notifications can be delivered through five different channels and are fully configurable at multiple levels — from agency-wide defaults down to individual employee preferences per creator.
In-App — Bell icon in the top-right corner of Substy. Best for quick glance while working.
Push — Browser or PWA push notifications. Best for staying informed without keeping the tab open.
Telegram — Personal DMs or group chats via Telegram bot. Best for mobile alerts and team group channels.
Discord — Webhook-based messages with color-coded embeds. Best for teams already using Discord.
Email — Email notifications for critical events. Best for billing alerts and admin events.
New Subscriber — Fan subscribes for the first time. Recipients: Employees, admins.
New Message — Fan sends a message. Recipients: Employees.
Purchase — Fan buys a PPV or tips. Recipients: Employees.
Handover — AI hands conversation to a human. Recipients: Employees, admins.
Script Exhausted — All scripts sent to a fan. Recipients: Employees, admins.
Low Balance — Wallet below threshold. Recipients: Admins only.
