The Substy dashboard is the central hub for monitoring your agency's performance, tracking earnings, and navigating to every tool you need. It gives you a real-time overview of how your creators are performing so you can make informed decisions about your business.
Access Note: The dashboard is available to Admins and Team Leaders only. Chatters are automatically redirected to the Statistics page when they log in.
At the top of the dashboard, you will find several controls that let you customize how your data is displayed.
Use the date range picker to focus on the time period that matters: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or a Custom Range.
Choose how your chart data is grouped: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Toggle between Net (earnings after platform fees) and Gross (total earnings before platform fees).
If you manage multiple creators, use the creator filter dropdown to focus on a specific creator's performance. When no filter is applied, the dashboard shows aggregated data across all your creators.
Below the controls, you will see a row of stats cards providing key financial metrics. The primary card displays Total Earnings for the selected date range. Next to it, Substy displays the top 3 income categories: Messages, Tips, Subscriptions, Referrals, Streams, or Posts.
Total Earnings Chart — Plots your total earnings over time using your chosen granularity.
Total Fans Chart — Tracks your fan base growth over time.
Income Breakdown Chart — A detailed breakdown of earnings by category.
The left sidebar is your primary navigation tool. Main sections include: Dashboard, Messages, Statistics, and Lists. Tools include: Automation, Vault, Scripts, Tracking Links, and Queue. Settings include: Creators, Team, Billing, and Payout.
