The Shift History tab provides a comprehensive view of past shifts and employee performance metrics. Use this data to track team productivity and optimize your scheduling.
Go to the Schedule page (navigate to Settings > Schedule).
Click the "Shift history" tab at the top.
View the list of all employees and their shift statistics.
The Shift History view shows each employee with: Name, Role Badge, Shifts Count (total number of shifts assigned), Hours Total (total hours scheduled).
Participation: The percentage shows how actively the employee engaged during their shifts. A higher percentage indicates better engagement.
Last 7 Days Activity: The visual bar chart on the right shows the employee's activity pattern over the last 7 days. Each bar represents a day, with taller bars indicating more activity.
Use the date range selector in the top-right corner to view shift history for a specific period. By default, it shows the current month.
Identify top performers: See which employees have the highest participation rates.
Spot coverage gaps: Find employees with low shift counts who could take on more work.
Track consistency: Use the 7-day activity chart to see who works consistently vs. sporadically.
Plan scheduling: Base future shift assignments on historical performance.
Click the expand arrow on any employee row to see more detailed information about their individual shifts and activity breakdown.
