Substy uses a commission-based pricing model — you only pay when the AI makes you money. Commission is charged exclusively on revenue that Substy's AI generates for you, including PPV purchases and tips. If the AI doesn't generate sales, you don't pay commission.
On top of commission, higher-tier plans unlock additional features and lower your commission rate. Subscriptions are billed per creator — each creator in your agency has their own plan.
Free: $0/month, 15% AI commission. Pro: $69/month (or $579.60/year, save 30%), 10% AI commission. Elite: $99/month (or $831/year, save 30%), 8.5% AI commission.
All prices are per creator. You can mix plans across creators.
Commission is calculated after the platform fee is deducted. OnlyFans and Fanvue take a 20% platform fee. Substy's commission applies to the remaining 80%.
Formula: Commission = Sale Amount × 0.80 × (Commission Rate / 100)
Example: A fan buys a $50 PPV on the Pro plan (10%): Platform fee = $10, Net earnings = $40, Substy commission = $4.00, Your take-home = $36.00.
If a human operator manually sends a PPV while the AI is active in Full AI mode, and the fan purchases within 15 minutes, commission still applies. After 15 minutes, no commission is charged on human-sent PPVs.
In Hybrid mode, only AI-sent messages trigger commission. Human-sent messages never incur commission, regardless of timing. The 15-minute rule does not apply.
Free — Best for getting started. Includes AI chatting, scripts, vault, and the welcome automation trigger. No monthly cost, but the highest commission rate at 15%.
Pro — Best for active creators and growing agencies. Unlocks mass messaging, split inbox, employee stats, schedules, fan lists, most automation triggers, and lowers commission to 10%.
Elite — Best for high-volume agencies. Adds Hybrid AI mode, tracking links, all automation triggers, and the lowest commission at 8.5%.
You can view, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page under the Subscription tab. Each creator's plan is managed independently.
