The left sidebar shows your agency's overall numbers: Total Revenue (combined earnings from all PPVs, tips, and paid content), Total Messages (total sent by AI and employees combined), Avg Unlock Rate (percentage of PPVs sent that fans actually unlock and pay for), Total Commission (your agency's commission earnings).
This card shows the total volume of messages sent during your selected time period. AI messages are shown in purple, Employee messages in blue. High message volume typically correlates with more engagement and revenue opportunities.
Shows the mean price of PPVs sent across all conversations. AI shows average PPV price from AI conversations, Employee shows average from human chatters. A higher average price means better negotiation and pricing strategy.
The total number of pay-per-view messages sent, split between AI and Employee. More PPVs sent means more revenue opportunities. Track this alongside Unlock Rate to understand your conversion efficiency.
A visual timeline showing revenue generated over your selected date range. Purple line/area shows AI earnings, blue line/area shows Employee earnings. Hover over any point to see exact figures for that date. Use it to compare employees, spot trends, and identify performance dips.
Ranks all your employees and AI by performance metrics: Rank, Name, Unlock Rate (percentage of sent PPVs that were unlocked), Average (mean PPV price), Net Earnings (total revenue after fees), Messages (total messages sent). Click column headers to sort. AI employees are marked with an "AI" badge.
This unique metric measures your content-to-conversation balance. The ratio value shows PPV sent to conversation volume. Low (0.00-0.02) means you're not proposing enough content, Medium (0.02-0.07) is good balance with room for improvement, High (0.07+) means excellent monetization.
Check daily: Monitor the Earnings Performance chart to catch issues early.
Compare periods: Use date ranges to compare week-over-week or month-over-month.
Focus on Unlock Rate: This is often more important than raw message volume.
Watch the Golden Ratio: A consistently low ratio means you're leaving money on the table.
