Filters help you focus on individual creator performance, analyze specific employees or AI personas, compare different time periods, and generate targeted reports.
The dashboard offers four main filter controls: Select creators (filter by specific creators in your agency), Select employees (focus on individual team members or AI), Date range (analyze any time period), Net/Gross toggle (switch between net and gross earnings).
Click "Select creators" in the top bar, choose one or more creators from the dropdown, and the dashboard updates to show only their data. Click the X next to a creator tag to remove them. When you filter by creator, global statistics, the employee list, charts, and Revenue History all update to show that creator's data only.
Click "Select employees" in the top bar and choose one or more employees. Use the sidebar tabs for quick role filtering: All (everyone), Admin (only admins), Member (only members), Chatter (only chatters), AI (only AI chatters). You can combine creator and employee filters to see how a specific employee performed for a specific creator.
Click the date range button, select your start and end dates, and the dashboard updates with data from that period. Common date ranges: Last 7 days (weekly performance check), Last 30 days (monthly reporting), Custom range (specific campaigns or events), Quarter (quarterly business reviews). Date range affects all statistics, the Earnings Performance chart, Revenue History, and Shift History.
Click "Net" in the top right corner to switch between Net (earnings after platform fees) and Gross (total earnings before fees). Use Net for real revenue, use Gross for understanding total sales volume.
For detailed analysis, combine filters. Example: Select creator "Stephie" + Last 7 days + All employees to see all activity for Stephie in the past week. Or select AI employees + Last 30 days + Net earnings to compare AI personas over the past month.
Compare periods: Use date ranges to compare week-over-week.
Isolate variables: Filter to one creator when analyzing employee performance.
Check AI separately: Use the AI tab to see automation performance alone.
