Every Substy agency has a single shared wallet that covers all creators under your account. Commission charges, subscription fees, and other costs are all deducted from this one wallet balance.
When your wallet balance drops below your configured minimum threshold, Substy sends low balance notifications to all team members with the Admin role. You can customize your minimum balance threshold and enable or disable notifications in your billing settings.
When your wallet balance hits $0 or goes negative, all AI is automatically disabled for every creator in your agency. Your balance can technically go negative because transactions are not blocked mid-process.
Navigate to the Billing page from the left sidebar.
Click the Top Up button on the Billing tab.
Choose your payment method — credit card or cryptocurrency.
Enter the amount and confirm your payment. Funds are added immediately.
If your AI was disabled due to a zero balance, Substy offers an Auto-Enable setting that automatically turns the AI back on for all creators as soon as you add funds. Make sure this setting is turned on in your billing configuration.
Each transaction is categorized by type: AUTO (AI-generated sale commission), MANUAL (human-sent PPV commission), CRYPTO_DEPOSIT, SUBSCRIPTION_FEE, REFUND, or TOLT_REFERRAL.
Set a reasonable minimum balance threshold to give yourself buffer time to top up.
Enable low balance notifications so you never run out unexpectedly.
Turn on Auto-Enable to minimize downtime if your balance hits zero.
Review your transaction history regularly to understand your cost-to-revenue ratio.
