Substy supports two ways to fund your wallet: credit card and cryptocurrency. Both methods are available from the Billing page in your dashboard.
Go to the Billing page from the left sidebar.
Under the payment methods section, click to add a new card.
Enter your card details in the secure payment form. Your card is saved for future use.
The minimum top-up amount is $30 for credit card payments. Click Top Up, enter the amount, and confirm using your saved card. Funds are added to your wallet immediately.
Substy accepts cryptocurrency payments through Cryptomus.
Go to the Billing page and click Top Up.
Select Cryptocurrency as your payment method.
Enter the amount you want to add (between $5 and $10,000).
Choose from the available cryptocurrencies and complete payment through the Cryptomus payment page.
Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, funds are credited to your wallet.
You can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual billing provides roughly 30% off the monthly price.
If your subscription payment fails, Substy provides a 7-day grace period. Your service continues normally during this period. If the payment is not resolved within 7 days, your subscription may be paused.
