Whether you're experiencing a technical issue, have a question about your account, or want to suggest a new feature, Substy offers several ways to reach our support team.
The fastest way to get help is through the in-app chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of every page in the Substy dashboard.
Click the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Type your question or describe the issue you're experiencing.
A support team member will respond directly in the chat.
If you prefer messaging on Telegram, you can reach us through our dedicated support bot: @substy_support_bot. Simply open Telegram, search for @substy_support_bot, and start a conversation.
Your agency name: This helps us locate your account quickly.
The creator affected: If the issue is specific to a particular creator, let us know which one.
A clear description of the issue: What happened, what you expected to happen, and any error messages you saw.
Screenshots or screen recordings: Visual evidence helps us understand the problem faster.
Steps to reproduce: If the issue is repeatable, walk us through the exact steps that trigger it.
Our support team works to respond as quickly as possible. In-app chat and Telegram messages are typically answered within a few hours during business hours. For urgent issues, mention the urgency in your message so we can prioritize accordingly.
In addition to contacting support directly, you can submit feedback through the Featurebase feedback board. The feedback board allows you to submit feature requests, report bugs, vote on existing requests, and track progress as they move through our development pipeline. Your input directly shapes the product roadmap.
