Substy lets you customize the AI's personality and behavior to match your agency's strategy and each creator's style. These settings determine how the AI talks, how fast it sends content, and how emotionally it negotiates during PPV sales.
Choose how much of a relationship the AI builds with fans.
Aggressive — The AI speaks little and quickly sexualizes the conversation. Focused on driving PPV sales fast.
Normal — The AI chats casually for a bit, then follows the fan's tone naturally.
Slow — The AI spends more time talking before getting sexual. Ideal for a softer, more emotional build-up.
Fast — The AI sends scripts and PPVs more quickly. Great for maximizing short, high-turnover chats.
Slow — The AI sends content gradually, maintaining longer engagement and a more realistic rhythm.
Sentimental — The AI acts a bit emotional, making the fan feel slightly guilty for not buying.
Gentle — The AI focuses on creating excitement with media previews and descriptions.
Hybrid — Starts with Sentimental for the first offer, then switches to Gentle for follow-ups.
Standard Emojis — Allow standard emojis in messages.
Special Emojis — Allow special emojis for intimate messages.
Not Real Model — When enabled, messages are sent explicitly as AI-generated replies. If a fan asks whether the creator is real, the AI will disclose it is an AI creator.
Control whether the AI should engage with fans who are verified creators on the platform. By default this is disabled — the AI will not respond to verified creator fans. Toggle Allow Verified Creators on to change this behavior.
Navigate to Settings > Creators in your Substy dashboard, then select a creator to access their settings and click Creator Settings > Behavior Settings.
