The Vault is Substy's central media library where you store, organize, and manage all the content used across your agency. Every image, video, and audio file that your AI or team members send to fans lives in the Vault.
The Vault uses a clean grid layout with media cards. Each card shows a thumbnail preview of the media along with its name.
Use the search bar at the top of the Vault to find media by name or description.
Images: Photos, graphics, and image files
Videos: Video clips and recordings
Audio: Audio messages and voice recordings
Navigate to the Vault page from the left sidebar.
Click the upload button.
Select one or more files from your computer.
Your files are uploaded and added to the library.
The Vault supports inline editing of media details, so you can update names and descriptions without leaving the grid view.
The Vault includes NSFW blur support for sensitive content. When enabled, thumbnails of sensitive media are blurred in the grid view. The blur applies to the thumbnail preview only.
Scripts and PPV Templates — when creating scripts, you select media from the Vault to attach to each PPV step.
Messages — when composing messages to fans, you can attach media from your Vault.
Bulk Messages — the Vault provides media attachments for bulk messages.
Automations — workflows that include media pull their content from the Vault.
Use descriptive names instead of generic filenames like "IMG_2847.jpg".
Add descriptions to add tags or notes about when to use the content.
Filter by type when browsing to reduce clutter.
Upload in batches and organize everything in one session.
Periodically review your Vault and remove outdated or unused content.
