Now that you've added your first creator and created at least one script with a PPV, it's time to activate the AI! This will let Substy automatically manage conversations, send PPVs, and boost your revenue in full automation.
Head to your general settings at app.substy.ai/settings/general.
In the AI Core Settings section, you'll see three options:
Disable AI: Only human chatters handle conversations.
Hybrid Mode: The AI chats with new fans, then transfers big spenders to human chatters.
Full AI Mode: 100% automated chatting — the AI manages all conversations to maximize engagement and sales.
Select "Full AI Mode." Once active, you'll see the green "Active" indicator. The AI is now running on all your conversations.
Make sure you have at least one creator connected.
Confirm that at least one script includes a PPV template.
Open your messages — you'll start seeing real interactions as the AI begins chatting.
Substy's AI is now live and chatting automatically!
