Discord is an agency notification channel in Substy. It is available from the Pro plan and requires access to agency notification settings.
In Discord, open the destination server's Settings, then Integrations and Webhooks. Open the webhook you want to use and copy its webhook URL.
In Substy, open Notifications and choose Agency.
Expand Discord, paste the copied value into Webhook URL, and choose Save Webhook.
Turn on the Discord switch after the webhook has been saved.
Use the event preferences shown in Agency settings to choose which notifications are enabled.
The Discord switch remains unavailable until a webhook has been saved. If you cannot access the Discord setting, confirm that the agency has Pro and that your assigned access includes agency notification settings.
Expand Discord and choose Remove Webhook to disconnect the configured destination.
Treat the webhook URL like a secret. Do not share it in messages, screenshots, support requests, or documentation.
