Use a recurring schedule to repeat an employee or scheduled AI shift without recreating it each time. Open Team Management, then Shift Schedule. The options you can use depend on your plan, platform, and assigned access.
In Team Management > Shift Schedule, start a new shift.
In Type & Assignment, choose AI or Employee, then select the creators and, for an employee shift, the employees.
Continue to Recurrence and turn on Enable Recurring Schedule.
Choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. For Weekly, select at least one day under Repeat on Days.
Set Recurrence End Date if the schedule should stop on a specific date. This field is optional.
In Dates & Time, choose the start date, time range, and timezone.
Review the shift and save it.
Daily repeats every day from the selected start date.
Weekly repeats on the weekdays you select. At least one weekday is required.
Monthly follows the day of the month from the selected start date.
A recurring scheduled AI shift uses the time window you select. It is separate from Always On AI and does not create continuous 24/7 coverage.
Open an eligible future schedule card. With schedule-management access, you can edit its settings or permanently delete it after confirming the action. Use these controls for eligible future schedules; changing past shift records is outside this workflow.
Ask a workspace owner or administrator to check your schedule-management access, the selected creator, and plan availability. If the creator uses Always On AI, configure that availability separately instead of expecting a recurring shift to replace it.
