Use the Context field to describe what appears in media attached to a script template. When a Script is eligible to start, AI Chatter can use this description to keep details such as the setting, activity, and outfit consistent before the content is offered.
You need Manage templates access to edit the template and open its attached media details.
You need Manage media access to save changes to Context.
Open CRM → Scripts, choose a script, and open the template you want to edit.
Expand Medias. If the media is not attached yet, choose Add Media and attach it.
Select the attached media thumbnail to open Edit Media.
In Context, enter a short description of what appears in the media. The field accepts up to 300 characters.
Select Save Changes.
Describe visible details such as the setting, outfit, pose, or activity.
Use concrete wording and focus on what someone can see.
Keep the description concise enough to fit the 300-character limit.
If you cannot edit the template or open its attached media details, ask a workspace owner to review your Manage templates access. If Save Changes fails, ask them to review your Manage media access.
