Select a creator, then open CRM > Mass Messages. Mass Messages requires Pro or Elite and is currently available for OnlyFans and Fanvue, not MYM.
Visible create, edit, cancel, and unsend actions depend on your assigned Mass Messages access, the selected creator, platform, and message state.
Choose New Mass Message.
Add message text or media.
Select at least one fan list or individual fan when recipient lists are available.
For an OnlyFans paid message with attached media, at least one attachment must be paid rather than preview media.
On OnlyFans, when Auto-unsend is shown for a new message, choose a value from 1 minute through 23 hours 59 minutes.
Choose Send Message to send now.
To schedule, turn on Schedule, choose a date and time at least five minutes in the future, then choose Schedule Message.
With the required access, a future scheduled message can be edited or canceled before it is sent. Other actions appear only when supported for that message's platform and state.
