Cause: Your session has exceeded the 4-hour time limit.
Fix: Go back to the Browser page in the dashboard and click Launch Browser again. A new session will be created automatically.
Cause: Your Substy login session may have expired, or you do not have the Admin role.
Fix: Make sure you are logged into Substy and that your account has the Admin role in your organization. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
Cause: The creator already has 10 active Browser sessions.
Fix: Wait for existing sessions to expire (they last 4 hours), or revoke unused sessions from the session list. In most cases, launching Browser will reuse an existing session rather than creating a new one, so this error is rare.
Possible causes:
The creator's OnlyFans credentials may need to be refreshed. Go to Creator Management and reconnect the creator.
A temporary network issue. Try clicking Retry or re-launching from the Browser page.
Your browser may be blocking third-party cookies. Browser requires cookies to be enabled for the session to work. Check your browser settings.
Cause: You have made more than 300 requests in one minute within a single session. This can happen when rapidly navigating or if multiple tabs are open to the same session.
Fix: Wait about 30 seconds and try again. Avoid opening the same Browser session in multiple tabs.
Browser requires:
Elite plan — upgrade from Settings > Billing if you are on a lower tier.
OnlyFans creator — Browser is not available for Fanvue creators at this time.
Admin role — ask your organization owner to grant you Admin access.
Cause: OnlyFans occasionally requires additional verification (e.g., email or two-factor). This is handled by OnlyFans, not Substy.
Fix: Complete the verification step shown on screen. If the verification page does not load properly, try completing it directly on OnlyFans and then re-launch Browser.
