Using the Queue Calendar
Schedule posts, mass messages, and streams using the visual calendar interface.

The Queue Management system is your content planning hub — a visual calendar where you can schedule posts, mass messages, and streams for your creators.
Accessing Queue Management
Navigate to Tools → Queue in the sidebar to open the Queue Management calendar.
Understanding the Interface
Calendar View
The main area displays a monthly calendar showing all your scheduled content. Each day cell shows scheduled events, and you can:
Navigate between months using the ← → arrows
See the current date highlighted (marked as "Today")
Click on any date to view or add content
Content Type Filters
At the top left, use the filter buttons to show/hide specific content types:
Post — Scheduled feed posts
Message — Mass messages to fans
Stream — Scheduled live streams
Day Panel (Right Side)
When you select a date, the right panel shows:
The selected date with navigation arrows
Quick filters (Post / Message / Stream)
+ Add Content button
List of scheduled events for that day
Scheduling Content
Method 1: Click on a Date
Click on any date in the calendar
A menu appears with three options:
New Post — Create a feed post
Mass Message — Send a bulk message to fans
New Stream — Schedule a live stream
Select the type of content you want to create
Method 2: Use the Add Content Button
Select a date on the calendar
Click + Add Content in the right panel
Choose your content type
Creating a Post
When you select New Post, a creation modal opens with these options:
Option | Description |
Text field | Write your post caption with emoji support |
Gallery | Select media from your creator's gallery |
Add Media | Upload new photos or videos |
Poll | Add an interactive poll to your post |
Quiz | Create a quiz for fan engagement |
Expiration | Set the post to auto-delete after a period |
Target | Choose which fans see the post |
Post Price | Make it a paid post (PPV) |
Schedule | Set the exact date and time |
Tag Creators | Mention other creators in the post |
Click Create Post to schedule it, or Reset to clear the form.
Creating a Mass Message
Mass messages let you send bulk communications to your fans. When creating:
Write your message content
Attach media if needed
Set pricing for paid messages
Target specific fan segments
Schedule the send time
Scheduling a Stream
Plan your live streams in advance:
Set the stream title and description
Choose the date and start time
The stream will appear on your calendar
Managing Scheduled Content
Once content is scheduled:
Click on any event to view details
Edit content before it's published
Delete or reschedule as needed
Events are color-coded by type for easy identification

Plan ahead: Schedule a week's worth of content at once for consistency
Mix content types: Alternate between free posts, paid content, and interactions
Consider timezones: Schedule posts when your fans are most active
