Understanding the Payout Dashboard

The Payout Dashboard gives you a complete overview of your agency’s earnings and how funds are distributed between your creators. It centralizes every transaction, pending balance, and payout action in one clear interface — so you always know where your money is.

🧾 Overview

The Payouts tab displays a real-time summary of all connected creators and their respective balances. You can quickly identify:

• Last Withdrawal → The most recent time a payout was made to a creator.

• Pending Balance → Earnings not yet cleared for withdrawal (typically processing or awaiting confirmation).

• Current Balance → Available funds ready to withdraw immediately.

⚡ Substy automatically synchronizes all data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across every connected creator.

💵 Global Summary

On the right-hand side, you’ll find the Global Summary panel, which aggregates your financial overview:

• Current Balance → The total amount available across all creators.

• Pending Balance → The combined total of funds awaiting clearance.

• Withdraw All → Allows you to process a bulk payout for every creator in one click.

This makes it easy for agencies managing multiple models to handle mass payments without switching between accounts.

Each creator row shows:

⚙️ Filtering and Sorting

Use the filters at the top of the table to refine your view:

• Sort by Pending, Last Withdrawal, or Current Balance.

• Filter by Platform to manage payouts by source.

• Use the Search Bar to find a specific creator quickly.

This ensures you can monitor all creator balances without scrolling through long lists.

🧮 Example Workflow

1. Check your Global Summary for total balances.

2. Identify creators with pending or available balances.

3. Choose between:

   • Withdraw this creator for single payments.

   • Withdraw all for batch payouts.

4. Review payout confirmations (recorded automatically in the Statements tab).
