✍️ Sending a Message

To send a message to a fan:

  1. Select a fan from your inbox.

  2. Type your text in the chat input field at the bottom.

  3. Press Enter to send.

Messages can be sent either manually by your chatter team or automatically by the AI (if enabled).
You'll see each message appear instantly in the chat window with its delivery and payment status.

If it's sent by the AI you will see a little note under each message "sent by AI"

Note: Messages are checked against Banned Keywords to ensure compliant conversations.

🧩 Using the "+" Button

The βž• (plus) button beside the chat bar opens a quick-access menu.
From there, you can:

  • Insert Media β†’ Choose photos or videos directly from your Gallery.

  • Access Scripts & PPVs β†’ Attach preconfigured PPVs from your existing scripts.

  • Tag Other Creators β†’ Mention or include another creator in the conversation.

πŸ’‘ Tip: combining multiple media files increases perceived value and boosts purchase rates.

πŸ’² Setting a Price with the "$" Button

Use the "$" icon to turn any message into a PPV (Pay-Per-View) offer.
When you click it:

  1. A price field appears.

  2. Enter the amount you want to charge (in USD).

  3. Send the message β€” the fan will need to unlock it by purchasing.

πŸ–Ό Inserting Media from the Gallery

The Gallery is fully integrated into the chat composer.
When you click the βž• button β†’ Gallery, you can:

  • Browse creator media.

  • Select one or multiple files.

  • Preview before sending.

  • Combine media with custom messages or PPVs.

Videos tend to sell 3Γ— better than photos, so always include at least one short clip when possible.

  • βœ… Delivered β†’ Message successfully sent.

  • πŸ’° Paid β†’ The fan unlocked or purchased the PPV.

All activity syncs in real time, including new subs, tips, and purchases.

πŸš€ Why It Matters

It allows your team to:

  • Personalize fan interactions.

  • Blend media and scripts dynamically.
